The tree can withstand storms and heat waves. It is this tree that is now, through AI functionalities, the city's Councilor. The tree is always completely calm. But in this noble city there have been no riots, murders or serious incidents this year. Why? An old tree cannot take credit for something like that? Yes, with the tree's calm, and with the communication that it can now provide technologically - the tree creates a bond between people. There is no jealousy, arrogance or coercion in SEEDLING CITY. Here there is peace and people thrive. They can do that in any city, in any country, if you communicate with nature, and live in harmony with nature. And besides old Owl Mother Tusla who is the tree's advisor, the tree is the wisest thing that the inhabitants trust. Politicians come and go with THE Sidling standing there in the center of the city and events. We must go back to nature and natural thinking - says the tree. Where we have common understanding and respect. Then we will have order. People from all over Tellus are waiting in line for housing in this idyllic tree city, that is easy to understand.
